Mrs. Beverly Bragg attended Paris Jr. College, Northeast Texas Community College, Texas A&M University at Commerce, and Baptist Christian University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a ESL certification. Mrs. Bragg has been in the classroom for 25 years; first as a substitute and then as a classroom teacher. During this time Mrs. Bragg’s teaching experiences include Pre-School, Kindergarten, 2nd and 3rd Grade and a PE teacher. Mrs. Bragg has been at Winfield for the past 16 years teaching 2nd and 3rd grade. This year Mrs. Bragg moved into a new position. She is now the ESL/GT coordinator as well as the Reading Intervention teacher for 4th – 8th Grade.
She and her husband Stephen Bragg have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Chris and his wife Tammy have two children Derek and Katy, and their youngest son Robby and his wife Jennifer have a daughter Rylie and the Bragg’s only daughter Samantha who is in college.
Mrs. Bragg expresses her “admiration for the dedicated parents, grandparents, friends and staff who make possible Winfield’s unique well-rounded, outstanding education.
