Mr. Danny Denton has been Superintendent at Winfield for 8 years. He came to Winfield with a wealth of experience as a Teacher, Coach, High School and Elementary Principal, Special Programs Director and Alternative School Administrator. He has a BBA, Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and a M. Ed, Masters of Education He has certifications in History, Business Administration, Physical Education, Mid -Management Administrator, and Superintendent.
Mr. Denton is active in his community and church. He serves on the board of the Lake Fork Water Supply System. He also serves his church as Chairman of the Deacons, Chairman of Personnel, Trustee, and choir member. He is married to Cathy and they have two children: Amy and Wade who have given them three grandchildren: Ethan, Allie, and Jaicey who bring pleasure to their lives.
